Aspen Trails January Assessment Due Date

The January assessment invoices were sent later than we would have liked, so the Board has decided to extend the time frame for payment. The invoice lists a date of 1/24/2020, but we are extending this to 2/15/2020. Please make sure your payment is received by February 15th 2020 (either by check to our management company or via credit card on our website). Any payments received after that date will begin to accrue late fees of $25 per month until the assessment is paid. The July assessment dates will remain the same, and an invoice for the July assessment will be mailed as well.
