All owners of Aspen Trails Homeowners Association are invited to the Aspen Trails HOA Annual Owners Meeting on Wednesday January 22, 2020 at 6:00 PM.
The meeting will be held at Liberty Township Fire Station #111, 5166 Princeton Glendale Rd, Liberty Township, OH.
The purpose of this meeting is to:
Review and approve the meeting minutes from the 2019 Annual Owners Meeting.
Have owners elect one (1) Director to the Board of Directors. One (1) seat is available for a three (3) year term. A nomination form is enclosed. Owners may also be nominated from the floor at the meeting.
Review the financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2019.Present the budget for the 2020 fiscal year.
Transact such other matters as may be brought before the meeting.

If you are unable to attend, a proxy form to vote for the open Board seat is enclosed. The completed proxy form must be filed with the HOA secretary at 4985 Snow Valley Lane Liberty Township, Ohio 45011. Please bring the completed form and a valid ID. If you would like to set an appointment to drop off your proxy, please email aspentrailshomeowners@gmail.com
Out-of-town owners may mail the proxy form to Jared Himes, HOA Secretary at the above address.
Please note that there is one vote for each lot, or address. Only owners are able to vote, tenants are not eligible. If you elect to attend the meeting after sending in your proxy, please see the Secretary prior to the meeting to revoke your proxy.
